As I reflect on my service opportunities I see growth in many areas. I have improved my communication. I became more aware of my biases and consciously tried to withhold from my judgements. I also am more versed in areas needing assistance and the lack of support for certain populations.

My perceived orientation score indicates that I rate my own capabilty in understanding and appropriately adapting to cultural diffidence within adaption reflecting my capability to deeply understand and shifting cultural perspective and adapting behavior across cultures and communities. My developmental score is my actual capability of understanding and appreciating patterns of cultural differences in my own and other cultures which is also in acceptnance. This means my actual and perceived capabilities to understand and adapt to cultures are on the same level.
